Okay, I've read the whole thing now, and WOW! You did an amazing job girl! I have read a few things of what you have written now, and this series us definitely the best. There is something about it! (I am an angst-whore so it might be that:-)
You left the boys as a point of hope. Greg is willing to get help and he knows what he has to do to get it. Nick is willing to help and to wait.... They have a tough few months (year?) ahead of them, but I think they will make it!
I have had a couple of hard years now, and although I have been far from near where Greg is, I do recognize some of the feelings. The whole series sounds true to me, and even though Greg act differently than I think I ever would, and even than I ever could understand, you make me believe in it. You make me believe this is how he could react. And now I like to see how he can put himself back together.
I know it's going to be a long time until I see the next story, because it takes time to write it... but just know that I do look forward to it! And you did leave us at a place where it is actually okay to wait. Thank you for that!
This story - the thoughts, feelings, problems, everything show that YOU are actually an interesting person! It takes some depth to write something like this!
*blushes* Wow. Thank you so much. Tfaro is definitely my baby and I've put more blood, sweat and tears into it than any other fic, more of *me* in it. And honestly, I can't wait myself to see how he gets back to being well. So far, it's been slow going, but I have plans with someone for a brainstorm session to help get the juices flowing, so hopefully it won't be another year and a half.
