ilexa asks:1. Who are you and how did you get here to the Shiny Land of Ilexa?
I'm Raijahn and I got to you through the Smallville fandom. Specifically the Smallville LJ community.
2. Stealing one of my questions, what did you want to be when you grew up? How far removed is that from what you do now?
A published writer.
Not too much. I write in my spare time and post stuff online but I have yet to actually have anything original published. Unless you count having a poem published by The National Library of Poetry which makes you pay like $70 to get a copy of the anthology they put it in. (And yes, I did buy it. *shakes head*)
3. What one superpower would you like to have?
Hmmm...that's a tough one. Probably speed, like Clark, so that I could zip around and visit all my lj friends who are all over the country.
4. What was your favorite book as a child? How did it influence you?
Anything by Dr. Seuss. I was reading at age 3 so I guess you could say it influenced my love for the written word, in any format.
5. How did you get started in the world of slash?
I got started in the fandom world through Buffy. From there I got taken in by Buffy/Faith shippers and Angel/Spike shippers. The summer before SV season two I happened to catch a couple of eps and got way hooked. Two weeks later I read Clueless by Hergerbabe and was instantly and completely hooked and in love with the Clex. I haven't looked back since.
